These six large paint­ings have as their start­ing point the exact scale of the win­dows in the Sir­ius Build­ing in Syd­ney, a sub­ject Cal­lum Mor­ton has been inter­est­ed in for some time as part of, more broad­ly, a cat­a­logue of the lost, ignored and hidden.

Some of them are paint­ings of a win­dow where you are inside a room look­ing through a win­dow into a room from the inside.

Some of them are paint­ings of things that are in a room that might be empty.

Some of them are paint­ings of the obstruc­tion of a view inside or out­side a room
